Show Don't Tell RUSH Presto 1989
the whole song is talking about people who go around saying one thing, and doing another. This is classic Neil Peart, gently rebuking those who claim faith or belief in a religion or culture, but betray themselves by acting in a way that does not reflect the basic morals of what they believe.
