The County Judge Hated Seeing The County Sheriff  Locked Up In The County Jail
THE WEST COAST WINE SNOBS AND THE IVY LEAGUE CROWD HATE GREAT AMERICAN CHARACTERS LIKE THE LATE CONGRESSMAN JAMES TRAFICANT OF YOUNGSTOWN. WHY? BECAUSE THEY CANNOT RELATE TO SOMEONE OF HIS BACKGROUND AND UPBRINGING AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS LIKE GROWING UP IN THE MIGHTY YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO IN THE 1940'S AND THE 1950'S - MOB CENTRAL U.S.A..

TRAFICANT WAS TO SAY THE LEAST, A CONTROVERSIAL FIGURE. THERE IS PLENTY OF MATERIAL OUT THERE ON THE INTERNETS TO KEEP YOUR INQUIRING MIND BUSY FOR HOURS. HE WAS A BIT OF A CONSPIRACY THEORIST TOO, BELIEVING THINGS ARE NOT ALWAYS AS THEY APPEAR AT FIRST GLANCE..., SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO DIG A LITTLE DEEPER. THAT'S THE DETECTIVE IN HIM I GUESS, THE STUFF THAT MADE HIM A NATURAL FOR BEING THE COUNTY SHERIFF IN NORTHEAST OHIO.

Outspoken, outrageous and colorful, Traficant served more than 17 years in the U.S. House as a Democrat until July 2002 when he became only the second member of Congress to be expelled since the Civil War.

That vote came shortly after a federal jury convicted him of 10 felony counts including racketeering, bribery, tax evasion and obstruction of justice.
