Black thugs rule the inner cities like Detroit, Philly, St.Louis, DC, Oakland and any other big city where blacks and other minorities account for the majority of the population. Hell, last week Paterson, New Jersey was considering a curfew for adults because of the the crime ridden city has had a number of shootings this summer.
This is a cultural crisis caused by MTV and BET RAP Videos that glamorizes drug using/dealing, gun toting, criminal behavior that calls for ready cash, bling and stupid cars fitted with 500 watt amplifiers so they can broadcast the dropline of their hip hop rap crap blasting out of the windows of their pimped out rides while they smoke blunts.
Cities like Detroit, Cleveland and Gary Indiana have a high school graduation rate of 25-30% and are turning out thousands of uneducated thugs and thug wannabes as well as the women who are attracted to these lowlifes.
Black thugs are a criminal underworld that has exploded and is filling our prisons and penetentiaries where they further their thug education.
The statistics, from the book the Bell Curve that suggests lower IQ's and the crime statistics that prove this minority of the population commits the majority of crime are indisputable.
We live in a nation of dumbasses who seem to embrace and admire these thugs. Sick.
No Sweetie it didn't start with MTV or BET. Blame your ancestors! (If your white) Look at how badly slaves were treated. You don't think going through slavery for hundreds of years will leave an effect of those who were enslaved? Also When you grow up in such a harsh environment already, you tend to be a bit more vengeful as you grow. So the point I'm trying to get out is that cruel behavior has a beginning and it started with slavery. Look at it this way, Why is the "Thug" rate not high for whites? Most grew up in a stable home with both parents, no whipping, ect. Slaves were whipped, beaten, any thing you can think of, that passed down over generations. Remember when you grow up in cruelty, you are usually going to grow up being cruel. In my eyes if it weren't any slavery, the rates will be low, way low. Hell we all probably still be in Africa. :)
