When LAPD pulled over PCP intoxicated psychotic Rodney King and pummeled him into submission with their batons, the tv networks only showed brutish thug cops beating a black man to a pulp. What the tv news failed to show was that King was psychotic thanks to PCP and refused all lawful orders to comply during a traffic stop.
