The Crafty Gun Grabbers Can't Outlaw Guns, So, They'll Just Outlaw The Ammo!

Just in the past few weeks, I’ve read one news report after another that literally makes my skin crawl . . .

First, it was the announcement by President Obama’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives banning commonly-used AR-15 ammo.

Then, the Washington Times reported the Department of Homeland Security stated domestic “right wing” groups were a “threat equal to, and occasionally greater than, the threat from Islamic extremist groups.”

Then Republican Representative Peter King (R-NY), sponsor of a Toomey-Manchin “compromise” companion bill in the U.S. House in 2013, introduced a new gun control bill -- H.R. 1076.

His bipartisan anti-gun scheme would give the U.S. Attorney General broad powers to strip American citizens of their Second Amendment rights -- if he or she just “suspects” them of being a security threat.


Matt, all these are perfect examples of why Thomas Jefferson stated, “The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.”

IT IS INTERESTING THAT SUPPOSED "CONSERVATIVES" LIKE PETER KING AND PATRICK TOOMEY ARE BACKING THIS KIND OF CRAP LEGISLATION AND EXPANDING THE POWERS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EVEN MORE. I GUESS THEY WON'T BE HAPPY UNTIL FEDERAL OVERREACH EXTENDS INTO OUR BEDROOMS AND MINDS SO THAT "THEY" CAN EXERT, "TOTAL CONTROL"! FOOD FOR THOUGHT.
