I HAD TO DO A DOUBLE TAKE AND RE-READ THE STORY AS IT WAS WRITTEN BY INDIANPOLIS STAR NEWSPAPER REPORTER, GABRIELLE FERREIRA. I THOUGHT TO MYSELF FOR A MINUTE AND SAID "WHY THE FUCK WOULD SHE DO THAT? AFTER ALL ANYONE FOLLOWING THE AMANDA BLACKBURN STORY KNOWS THE COPS ARE LOOKING FOR A BLACK SUSPECT, WHY WOULD SHE DESCRIBE HIM ONLY AS A "MALE" INSTEAD OF AS A "BLACK MALE"?

THEN I SHRUGGED AND TOLD MYSELF, "IT'S A FUCKING CONSPIRACY BY THE CRIMINAL MEDIA TO NOT REPORT FACTS IF THEY ARE POLITICALLY INCORRECT!"

Well, They Did It Again Today! No Mention Of The Suspooks Race! What A Bunch Of Politically Correct Assholes Working At The Indianapolis Star! Go Back To Journalism101 And Learn About Reporting The FACTS!

I KNOW THIS WAS AN INTENTIONAL OMISSION AND A GLARING EXAMPLE OF HOW THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA INSTEAD OF, REPORTING THE FACTS OF THE STORY, GIVE US A LINE OF CRAP SO IT IS MORE PALATABLE TO THE CULTURAL MARXISTS AND RACE BAITERS OUT THEIR WHO MIGHT ACCUSE THE NEWSPAPER OF "RACISM" FOR REPORTING THAT THE COPS ARE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR A BLACK SUSPECT AND SUE THEIR ASSES.

I'M SICK OF THESE RACE EXTORTIONISTS WHO TELL AN OLD ESTABLISHED NEWSPAPER LIKE THE INDIANPOLIS STAR THAT THEY CANNOT REPORT FACTS THAT ARE PERTINENT TO THE STORY. MAYBE THE EDITORS ARE FRAIDY CATS WHO ARE INSTRUCTED BY THE PUBLISHER TO ERR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION WHEN REPORTING A STORY SO THEY WON'T BE SUED! BUT WHO EVER HEARD OF A NEWSPAPER BEING SUED FOR REPORTING FACTS AS THEY ARE? RIDICULOUS.

HERE'S THE LETTER I WROTE TO THE INTREPID REPORTER. I'M SURPRISED THE DESCRIPTION WAS NOT EVEN MORE GENERIC, SAY..., SECURITY CAMERAS SHOW A "YOUNG PERSON"..., WELL, YOU GET THE IDEA. 

OH, BY THE WAY, I TOLD HER THAT I WAS PUBLISHING MY LETTER TO HER ON THIS BLOG. IT WILL BE INTERESTING TO SEE IF SHE RESPONDS AT ALL. I HIGHLY DOUBT IT, BUT WHAT'S BECOME OF PRINT JOURNALISM WHEN THE PUSSIFIED REPORTERS ARE AFRAID TO REPORT THE FACTS BECAUSE THEY MAY INCONVENIENTLY BE POLITICALLY INCORRECT?

Blackburn's memorial service article

I've never met you and I have no idea what type of person you are, but when I read your article on the Amanda Blackburn memorial service, you certainly gave me a huge clue. 

In the description of the suspect on the home security footage you identify him only as a male. Now the police state that the suspect in the video is a BLACK male. 

My question to you is why did you leave the suspects race  out? The race of the subject is of huge importance to your readership as it more accurately describes the suspect instead of referring to him as you did soley as "a male".

I am sure this was done intentionally in order for you and your editors to maintain the "politically correct" way your newspaper handles  "sensitive race relations"with the Indianapolis community. However, this is not reporting, it is editorializing the news in order to act in a criminal manner to manipulate the news for a political purpose.

I have attached a snip of the relevant part of the article to show you the writer why this stood out like a black bear on an iceflow. 

I don't know why you cannot report the facts as they are. The Indianapolis black community knows that the cops are looking for a black suspect, so, mentionng this FACT, would not put the black community in a bad light.

I read that you are the recipient of a Eugene C. Pulliam fellowship.In Mr. Pulliams Wikipedia writeup, it states that he was an "outspoken advocate of freedom of the press".Also, as one of the great American newspaper publishers of the 20th century, Pulliam  would have never allowed such sloppy reporting on one of the most important crime stories to hit Indianapolis in a decade. 

The facts are, a home invader robbed and raped a pregnant pastor's wife in the sanctity of her home and then shot her in the head killing her. Now young lady, if you think you can stand by the story and describe the suspect only as a male, then maybe you need to quit the newspaper business and go to work for the liberals over at MSNBC!

I'm sick of the news media coddling minorities when they are involved in a heinous crime like this by refusing to report their race. Is the reason being you don't want to put minorities in a "bad light"? Well, whatever your logic is, I certainly do not pretend to know why you are averse to reporting THE FACTS. That's a newspapers job - to report the facts. Leave the editorializing to the editors.

TODAY IS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 27, IT'S AFTER MIDNIGHT AND GOING OVER THIS BLACKBURN STORY IS DISTURBING ON A NUMBER OF LEVELS BUT WHEN THE NEWSPAPER OF RECORD IN INDIANAPOLIS DECIDES TO PLAY PC POLITICS AND SANITIZE IT'S NEWS, WELL THEN, THEY'VE CROSSED THE LINE FORM JOURNALISM TO CENSORSHIP AND PROPAGANDA.

THE NEWSPAPER REPORTER APPEARED TO LEAVE OUT CRUCIAL FACTS N THE DESCRIPTION OF THE SUSPECTS CAUGHT ON SECURITY CAMERAS NEAR THE BLACKBURNS HOME. THERE ARE PROBABLY BETTER PICTURES THAN THE ONES THAT THEY RELEASED, BUT WHAT REALLY TOOK ME ABACK WAS THE REPORT THAT THE SUSPECTS HAD OBTAINED BLACKBURN'S BANKCARD AND MADE MULTIPLE WITHDRAWALS OF CASH FROM VARIOUS ATMS, THEREBY PROVIDING CLEAR FRONTAL, FACIAL SHOTS OF THE PERSON OPERATING THE ATM. NOW DID THE STAR REPORTER HAVE THIS INFORMATION AVAILABLE WHEN PUBLISHED ONLINE AND IN PRINT. WHY DID NO SUBSEQUENT NEWS STORIES CARRY THESE RELEVANT FACTS AND PUBLISH THE PICTURES OF THE SUSPECTS? WHERE WAS THE COOPERATION BETWEEN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND THE MEDIA? WHY WEREN'T THE PICTURES OF THE SUSPECTS WIDELY DISSEMINATED IF THEY HAD GOOD CLEAR PHOTOS?

I WROTE THE REPORTER AGAIN TONIGHT POSING THESE SAME QUESTIONS..., HERE'S THE E-MAIL. I DON'T EXPECCT A REPLY, BUT HOW THE PAPER HANDLED THIS STORY AND TURNED IT INTO AN EXERCISE OF PC POLTICS RATHER THAN NEWSPAPER JOURNALISM SHOWS US HOW THE MEDIA IN THIS COUNTRY CAN NO LONGER BE TRUSTED AND YOU MUST FIND OUT INFORMATION ON YOUR OWN BEFORE YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND. Sanitizing The News To Fit PC Agenda

Hi, 

Earlier in the month I sent you an e-mail regarding your story about the suspect in the Amanda Blackburn murder case.

Well, it seems, that not only did you leave out critical details in the suspects description, describing him only as a "male". New information has come to light that there were photos taken from ATM dispensers where the suspects withdrew cash using Blackburn's bank cards.

Now, I can only assume that you intentionally misled your readership by not providing them with the facts as you knew them at the time the story went to print. That's my conclusion. I don't pretend to know what the politics of the news is in today's newsrooms in newspapers across the country, but as a print journalist, you misled your readers when you should have provided every fact available to you. You are a reporter and not an editor. If your story was edited to cut this information out of your story because it did not fit with the "Stars" PC views, well you may as well find another profession, because you are being censored.,
